This process is facilitated by the Security Token Smart Contract, built upon the ERC3643 security token standard to ensure compliance and provide a range of benefits. This is done in conjunction with our Compliance Liability umbrella regulated Partners to comply with the securities regulations set by BaFIN (Germany) and the EU, making us eligible for distribution to retails markets in the EU and professional/institutional allocators worldwide.
